Police Mugshots in the 1920s

Through my job I see a lot of mugshots. Technically speaking, most that come in are not color-balanced, cut-off or too small to even do much with. I have never looked at them as potential art portraits, but after seeing these police mugshots taken from the 1920’s they become beautiful portraits.
